10 Things I Learned from my dog

1.  If you wag your tail hard enough you can usually make good things happen.

2.  It’s not essential to figure everything out; find joy in exploring your world and being inquisitive.

3.  Speaking is good but listening intently is priceless.

4.  When you find yourself needing help, don’t hesitate to look up expectantly.

5.  Don’t let anything get you down – shake it off – and stay positive.

6.  Napping contentedly is highly underrated.

7.  Never miss a chance to spend time with someone you love, even if you have to take a back seat.

8.  If something looks too daunting, sometimes all you have to do is stop, back up, circle around and get a running start!

9.  Consistent enthusiasm is more productive than hard work.

10. The present moment is where everything happens.
