Michael Clay is the brainchild of Mike Malloy a 25-year resident of New Orleans, Louisiana who currently resides in the countryside of South Mississippi with his rescued “Bagel” (Beagle – Basset Hound mix) Jonathon Livingston Beagle – “J” for short.
